RIP Howie Schwarzman

Just heard the news that Howie unfortunately passed away in late July. One of the most humble and brilliant magicians I’ve had the fortune to meet, this hits home to see another great man leave us.

If you had the chance to meet Howie, you probaby have an amazing story to go with it. I remember when I first met him, he showed me different versions of the pass and then proceeds to pull out a little pink book and asked if I wanted one; it was an X-rated version of the old Magic Colouring book trick, with porn instead of blank pages, made by Lubor Fiedler.

I immediately asked him if he could sign it…

He shot back “But this isn’t mine, it’s Lubor’s!”

I responded “I know, but I wanted to cherish the moment Howie Schwarzman sold me porn from Lubor Fiedler”
